M&M Automobile ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile mechanic business covering London. This policy explains what personal data we collect through mandmautomobile.co.uk, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

For the purposes of UK GDPR, M&M Automobile is the "data controller" of the personal data described below.

What we collect

When you use the booking/enquiry form on our website, we collect:

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address (if provided)
• Your vehicle make and model (if provided)
• Your general location or postcode area (if provided)
• Your preferred date and time for the job
• Any details you type about the work needed

If you contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp instead of the form, we collect whatever information you choose to share with us in that conversation.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange the job you've requested
• Contact you about booking times, quotes, or changes to an appointment
• Keep basic records of work carried out, for invoicing and any warranty-related follow-up

Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries from people who've contacted us) and, once a job is agreed, performance of a contract between us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data. It's only ever shared with the tools we use to run the business:

• Web3Forms — processes the booking form submission and delivers it to our inbox. It does not use your data for any other purpose.
• Google (Gmail) — hosts our business email inbox.
• Cloudflare — hosts our website and domain.
• Wave / Square — used for invoicing, if you're sent an invoice for completed work.
• Google Analytics — anonymised visit statistics, only if you've accepted cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to arrange and complete the job, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up work or warranty queries. Invoices and related records are kept for as long as required by UK tax law (currently up to 6 years).

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (visits, pages viewed, general location). This only runs if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner — if you click "Reject", no analytics cookies are set. See our Cookie Policy for full details, and to change your preference at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
